Got down to the beach at about 6 after work. Was out for about 10 minutes and then noticed my dad fall in and not get back up in the river mouth. Went over to him and his mast had broke, and the river was shooting him over towards bawdsey. I managed to tow him and his rig in, with him holding onto the back of my harness !! he then walked along the shingle bar before another kitesurfer dragged him back over the river !

Was out for about an hour, but spent most of it looking after Dad, which i guess is something i had better get used to !!!!!
